Job Description

Camp Goalz is seeking Active Duty, Guard, Reserve, Disabled Veterans and Retired Service Members to provide Teamwork, Leadership and Communication skills to young athletes. We are looking for individuals that have the skills to work for our camp, a motivational sports training camp that helps set values and achieve goals through old-fashioned hard work and determination.  We stress the importance of goals and core values by teaching Accountability, Dedication and Loyalty.  The Service Member will guide and provide leadership and motivational training for athletes of all ages.   As a staff member you will need to recognize the early signs of leadership formed through our training regiment.  Teamwork will be tested and strengthened through motivational style training for these athletes.  Leadership qualities will be enhanced through endurance and hard work that you as a service member will instill in these young athletes.  Communication skills will be taught by the service member.

Skills/Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years service
• If Retired, must be Honorably Discharged (proof DD214)
• Leadership Skills a Must
• Physically fit a Plus
• Knowledge of camping life style
• Communication Skills a must
• Team Player
• Available on weekends
